UK-based Litha Group has appointed Eric Darling as Business Director.
As Litha Group moves its first two Psychology AI products into Beta Test, it has announced its first two appointments.
This includes Eric Darling – a well-respected business professional with extensive Solutions Sales experience working with organisations to reduce costs and significantly impact the customer experience.
Over 30 years, his work with blue chip enterprise clients in banking, finance, telecoms, and utilities has delivered game changing solutions for end users ensuring significant returns on investment for his customers.
Eric’s remit will be to identify partners for Litha to bring its technology to international markets while engaging with key organisations in the UK & Eire.
Eric’s view: “after 30 years of selling complex digital solutions I am finally in the right place at the right time. Litha has been creating a groundswell of support for the products in its laboratory and, privy to what’s ‘under the bonnet’, I can see the scale of their impact. What really attracted to me to Litha was their first product, Bunty – to offer an AI Psychotherapist for free to anyone in the world wanting to talk about their anxiety and depression is amazing. This was critically important in January 2020 but, post-Covid, the relevance of this has become even more of a necessity. When you see the scale of what Human Orienters can do for your organisation, I am sure that you will be as excited about Litha as I am.”
Neil Fogarty, CEO of Litha, says: “There’s no denying that 2020 has been a year of upheaval as we all see how tightly interconnected our home and work life is – and how our mental health is so affected by the changes. Digital Transformation has been on boardroom agendas for many years but coronavirus has not only moved it to the top but is also demanding action. Litha’s conversation and psychology solutions are part of the new digital agenda and we’re fortunate to have someone with Eric’s experience and gravitas to help introduce our message to a whole new audience.”
