Anil’s view: “At a time when Employee Wellbeing is front of mind and growing in importance, I am excited to be joining Litha Group as they launch a range of solutions that are set to change the way corporations and individuals look at, measure and react to wellbeing and mental health awareness in the work place.”

Neil Fogarty, CEO of Litha, says: “Almost every single corporate initiative has, at it’s foundations, people.  From recruitment to engagement and culture, the modern enterprise is interested in individual, team, and corporate psychology.  As we start to scale up our enterprise, we need experienced business directors with the ability to understand the complexity of the client and to be able to collaborate with them in defining a way forward.  Throughout our recruitment process, Anil showed himself to be collaborative and enterprising – seeing how our technology can help clients as Digital Transformation accelerates.”
